Winslas founded Silabmed in 1998 when he developed and deployed the first version of the system at a reference client. It wasn't just a software project — it was a response to concrete laboratory operational challenges, through technology.
Under his leadership, nearly three decades of continuous refinement led to TGV certification in November 2025. A rare combination of hands-on laboratory operations experience and software architecture expertise.
Bilingual (French/English), based in Montreal. Computer science graduate and direct operational experience in multiple laboratory environments.
